Yes. We recommend hand-washing with a pH-neutral soap. Avoid automatic brushes and high-pressure sprays closer than 12″.
We will warranty our installed film against manufactures defects (such as peeling, cracking, fading) and installation related defects for 3 years for sides of vehicle(vertical areas) and 1 year for hood and roof(horizontal areas). Scratches, tears, rips, door dings, chips or other damage by outside sources or accidents is not a warrantied item.
Wrapped vehicle must be maintained according to guidelines provided in wrap care instructions. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
Clean removal of wraps is only warrantied when applied on OEM paint that is 5 years or newer.
The warranty from Atlantic will be limited to repairing/replacing the vehicle wrap at our location only. Atlantic shall not be held liable, accountable, or responsible in any way deemed for the cost of a rental vehicle, hotel, or any other related expenses if a defect should occur.
Atlantic shall in no way reimburse any money to anyone claiming to have repairs done elsewhere, whether claiming a defect or not at anytime under any circumstances. In no way shall Atlantic be held liable to pay any money, fees and/or charges that exceed the original cost of the wrap at anytime.
