I received the quote that evening, and the price was in the ballpark of what I expected, and because I wanted to drop off my car on a specific day of the week, she scheduled me about 3 weeks later. I dropped off my car, confirmed what I wanted wrapped in matte black and what I wanted wrapped in gloss black, and a tech walked around my car taking photos and discussed the matte vs gloss options with me. As expected, I was called a day and a half later and told my car was ready. I picked up my car which looked fantastic and even better than I expected. However, there was a small scratch which I pointed out to the tech who profusely apologized, promised to have the damage repaired, and took a photo of the light damage. Within 5 minutes of leaving, Mike (the owner) called me, apologized like crazy and offered to literally remove my front bumper and have it repainted at his expense and at my convenience. What?!?!?! This was a small scratch, about 1” long near the front grill, and the owner not only called me immediately after I left, but offered to have my entire bumper painted. I was shocked! I went home, used a few coats of colored wax and got the scratch as good looking as possible, but to have the bumper repainted would’ve been above and beyond what was needed, and all for what was a relatively minor mistake. When I told Mike that I’d fixed the scratch to my satisfaction, he offered to install door edge and door pocket protection film for free when I came back one week layer for the one week check-up on my chrome delete. When I had the one week check-up, Mike was in the office waiting for me, greeyed me by name, insoected the chrome delete wrap, had the door edge and pocket protection installed, and I was on my way after less than 20 minutes. If you’re looking for an honest and stand-up owner of a tint/wrap shop in the Charlotte area, you’d be absolutely crazy to go anywhere else.
